Proposed Changes to the Venezia Tennis Courts

Taylor Morrison has proposed changing the Venezia Tennis Courts to Pickleball Courts.

This will bring many undesirable changes to our community. The proposal is for 6 courts, accommodating 24 players, to replace the tennis courts currently in place.

With this change also comes the need for additional parking. TM proposes removing the palm trees bordering the courts and putting in white stone cart parking, (similar to that near the pavilions in Freedom Park).

Are we ready to have all this traffic and constant noise from the courts? Are we ready to lose the peace and tranquility of our small community?
