Up Keep Of The Building

There is a roach infestation going on in this building. Rodents have been seen in some of the units and on the grounds. There's wood damage, which appear to be from termite. There are stairs and walkways, which sink in when you step on them. The railings are not secure. Unless all units are taken care of at one time it will continue. There have recently been rent increases and the building should be upgraded and kept up to substantiate the increase. We are asking that a tent be placed over the building to make sure that we are living in a clean and secure environment. Remove carpets that may have eggs under them and maybe replace with imitation hardwood flooring. something where they cannot live or breed. Come into the units and take care of the things that need to be repaired or upgraded.
