Clean up the Land/Lots along 116 Street North

Two vacant lots on the North side of 116th Street North just east of 108 East Ave. One was cleared for development and now has high grass and a 30 foot by 60 foot or so pile of debris which is a health hazard and needs to be cleared and mowed. The other lot contains a retention pond and it has very high grass which needs to be mowed as it is also a health hazard due to the rain. The lots will both be breeding grounds for mosquitoes and rodents. This issues has been reported at least three times over the last two months with no action to-date.
