Reinstate Kiana Washington to her position as Principal of R. j. Bailey Elementary School

We, the residents, taxpayers and supporters of the Greenburgh Central School District (GCSD) and the R. J. Bailey Elementary School, respectfully request that Superintendent Dr. Tahira Dupree Chase; President of the GCSD School Board Mr. David Warner; Vice President of the GCSD School Board Antoinette Cintron Darden; Board Members Eric Bitterman, Claudia Glaser, Tracy Mairs, Llloyd Newland and Terry Williams, to grant tenure to Mrs. Kiana Washington, and to reinstate her to her position as Principal of the R. J. Bailey Elementary School.

As you consider this petition, keep in mind that we do not have all the facts about what transpired due to NYS legal requirements on personnel matters. That being said, we support her for what we know about her and the situation.
