Stop illegal mining ("galamsey") now!

Illegal mining is destroying lands, rivers and farms in Africa (particularly in Ghana). This is reducing production in Ghana. The illegal miners claim they are forced to do illegal mining because they don't have jobs.
My goal is to try and contact the Heads of State to create more jobs so they can leave the illegal mining and go for employment.
This mining has affected the country so badly in the following sectors:
i. Agriculture sector
ii. Fisheries sector
iii. Water sector (making the Ghana Water Company to spend a lot of money in purifying the water)

iv. Tourism sector (destroying our rivers that serve as  tourist sites)
