New signs Now

Shakopee schools does not provide as class for ASL. (according to answers.com) "there are 500,000 to 2,000,000 signers in the United States" Also according to "Many universities accept ASL as a foreign language on an individual basis, and several universities have policies explicitly accepting ASL, including the University of New Mexico, University of Minnesota, University of Washington, and many private colleges. The University of California Committee on Educational Policy has recommended that ASL be satisfactory on all campuses to fulfill entrance and exit foreign language requirements. " And even though all the schools including Minnesota university excepts ASL as a foreign language. Shakopee high school and the junior high do not provide it as a foreign language /class to take. So I hope you can help me make a change in our school bye wanting to add ASL as a foreign language/class to take.
