Stop Water Pollution

The water quality of Farmer's Creek in Lapeer, Michigan is depleting due to various forms of dumping including industrial dumping. We believe that we can change the amount of dumping and improve the water quality by creating a city ordinance regulating how and where you can dump. We are  looking for signatures from people concerned with the water quality.
