Make public transportation free for all

People have been struggling getting jobs due to lack of transportation and have been late to their jobs due to traffic. We believe that if Public Transportation was free then people wouldn't have problems getting a job and having public transportation make more efficient labor markets and it would make it less congested on the highways. We believe that this should be free to an extent, if you are going across country then you should be charged to an extent and if the government can pay for people's link cards with government taxes they should be allowed to do the same thing for public transportation
