Remove junk at recycling center

The establishment is Interfering with traffic flow and blocking of traffic in east and west bound lanes coming around the curve, the business causes debris to be left on roadway which causes traffic jams and damage to people tires. The junk is stacked so high, we are afraid it will spill onto the street and cause damage to the passing cars.
