Make education obligatory in India as well as in world

If education in world has made obligatory,even though some cannot do due to many problems.
But those who are having little chance may take a step.
Education not only provides for acquiring the knowledge of things but for his welling being  in society.Children can learn moralities,humanities and basic sciences,gives an idea of how to be good and better in society.
This would develop society,there by nation and world.
As we all known today child are future,thus for a fruitful world we must pressure our governments to make education an obligatory.
