In my English class, we were assigned to create a passion project. My passion project is to advocade to people about renewable resources:

The burning of fossil fuel creates global warming when there are better solutions like renewable energy that could be used. Reducing the use of fossil fuels that are burnt will improve people’s health, the environment, and the climate. Many people are already being affected by global warming.

Renewable energy can be created by using natural resources like the sun, wind, rain, tide, and geothermal heat and is used in things like solar power, wind power, biomass, biofuels, etc.

I am creating a petition that needs signatures to help reduce global warming in America by installing more renewable energy sources in major cities.
