The right to have hens in the Tycer park Amite city limits

With the high cost of chicken and eggs in the store today people on fixed income can't afford a lot of things they need to eat. By raising chickens the people on low income can at least have fresh eggs at a much lower cost and are able to eat a much better egg. I know a lot of people in my town that are going to food banks to get there food. By letting them raise chickens this will help them a lot. PLEASE HELP.
