OdessaTX park recreation build a basketball court at Sherwood Park

I'm starting a petition for multiple reasons and can only explain a few. One I was born and raised in Odessa Texas and lived here all my life seeing things change for the better, for all the people that come here to live a life. Two, Change is not always good either, because it might not attract or look attractive for some people. But all these years living here I love going to Sherwood Park for all the fun activities they have there, especially when I was younger going to the playground, now as I continue to get older and seeing all the changes they have did to the park is really cool. See I have passionate for all kinds of sports, and is really cool going to Sherwood Park and doing. But there is a hiccup that really bothers me. And knowing that there is not a basketball court to play basketball at. I don't see why they have not yet put one at Sherwood Park. How can we fix this error, they have baseball fields, volleyball area, skatepark, area for young soccer players, a swimming area, a playground for kids, all that green grass for football, places for family bbq and frisbee playing. Why can we not have a basketball court next to the old tennis court that needs to be redone and have lights just like the skate park and volleyball area does. I promise you the basketball court will bring change for the good and more people will go to the park to play a sport that they have a big passionate for. Please and thank you. God bless much love.
