MORE RECYCLING BINS IN SAN JOSE

I lived in San Francisco for 2 years. Almost every single trash can was split into 3 categories. The categories were, compost, recycle, and landfill. I've noticed a lack of recycling bins next to garbage cans, and the small ones built on top of the garbage cans doesn't hold a lot of reclycling products. I also don't see them used often. San Jose needs more recycling and compost cans.
