Mandatory Camera's In Philadelphia Public Schools Special Education Classrooms

Many, if not all of us Special needs parents constantly worry about the safety and well being of our children, we're concerned about physical and verbal abuse as well as neglect taking place in special needs classrooms. Cameras would not only serve as protection for our children, they would also serve as protection for teachers and aides against false accusations. Cameras would also serve as a wonderful training tool as well.
