Englands regional lost celtic dialects and vulgar latin dialects from pre roman and roman times

i would like to work with archeolgtical lingusitics from cambridge unversity and british musuem to reconctruction of Celtic dialects of Southern england for example the Devonian celtic dialect which was deritive form of cornish which was spoken within tribel kingdoms east anglian and kent, berkshire , essex , norffolk , suffolk, buckingshire , somerset , shropshire , sussex with the introduction of romanised britons it was and within a vernacular vulgar celtic dialect contain latin in celtic kingdom of dobunni and dommunia in cornwall, lake district has its own celtic dialect called cumbric which was spoken till medieval times the kingdom elmet which was celtic northern england kingdom. i would like to create a online teaching dialect programme and historical archive with government.
