"Cut the Crap in Black Rock Harbor"

The WPCA is dumping "raw untreated sewerage" into Black Rock Harbor and this needs to be stopped NOW!
More and more Black Rock residents are witnessing visible pollution and/or foul odors from the harbor. A request has been made that the Health Department has started regular testing for bacteria levels in the waters off Seabright Beach. We are demanding improvements from our WPCA to measurably reduce water pollution -- to up the "C" in WPCA -- to control the waste getting into our coastal waters by ramping up infrastructure improvements and measured monitoring. We hope to get assistance from Save the Sound and the Aquaculture School in this effort. How about you? Do you want to volunteer?
