Texas: Honor Denton's Citywide Fracking Ban

On Election Day, following years of fracking in their community, the people of Denton, Texas voted to ban the practice within their city. However, Texas regulators are continuing to issue fracking permits and choosing to ignore Denton's democratic decision, clearly siding with the energy company rather than the will of the people. We ask Christi Craddick to respect Denton's decision and stop issuing fracking permits in this city. By not allowing Denton to make its own call on this matter, Craddick is further demonstrating how it is in cahoots with energy corporations rather than "regulating" as her job stipulates.
