DEMAND RECYCLING: fixing roads with PLASTIC!

In this world there is a giant plastic epidemic. My goals are:

* to bring back the recycling bin for plastic,
aluminum, and glass in the swansea (if not
surrounding) areas.
* use the materials recycled (mainly the plastic) to
mix with tar to pave and fill the roads and
potholes.
* to clean up our streets.
* in the future having a recycling depot: promotes
jobs, makes items that can be sold (American
made), in the long run is cheaper than shipping
recycled products to landfills or/and other
countries.
