Landscaping of Marsh View Development in District 12

We, the neighbors of Marsh View, are drawing attention to the quality and aesthetic appeal of the common area in our neighborhood. It's presentation is inconsistent with the diversity of plantings in other areas of the Villages. Also unique to this arrangement are 2 pipes, one with a lockbox, the other a free standing pipe. Both Of which are highly visible in the middle of this area.
