Removing spider infested bushes

I have bushes in the front of my yard and around my apartment complex that carry spiders and I would like them removed before me or my grandkids get bitten by the spiders because it's so many of them and The bushes are close to my houseInfested with spiders I would  remove them if I had the moneyso me as a law-abiding citizen u can't do that it's called vandalism And if I had the money I would dig them up myself because every year they're getting worse and worse and partners in housing the people that own the  apartment building that Im n won't remove them they brung me bug spray.???.???What is that supposed to do nothing
