Tell the Romanian Government to ban pesticides

Although the European Commission imposed late last year, a two-year ban on the use of pesticides neonicotinoids, Romania obtained a waiver to use chemicals banned in the EU on rape crops extending in total to 200,000 hectares. Despite studies showing that the disappearance of bees from pesticides is a reality, in our country the farmers are still using substances that destroy pollinators, organisms on which is based one third of our entire diet.

It's important to ask officials to act responsibly in terms of the types of pesticides used, because otherwise, in the future not too distant, we may face a crisis of food, given that between 50% and 80% of total resources of world's food are directly or indirectly dependent on bees.
