EMISSIONS TRADING must be make illegal NOW!

The issue is that countries which cause too much emissions are buying Emission trade agreement from the third countries which don't understand what this mean in long long term. When they need their emissions arsenal, their hands are tied up because they have sold these arsenal they had. This is very aware act from the people which buy emissions. In my opinion this is very low minded act from the people which use the third party countries emissions arsenal. LET'S STOP IT NOW!
