Newark Housing authority didnt place

I natasha rivera was living at 60 south cedar lane apt 9d. Newark nj i been living there for 4 years. On 28 of august i lost my apartmemt do to rita marino not watchin a 7 year old she let a 7 year burn my apartment that what she told me. Im been callin housing i been calling the director of housing. I been calling the cheif of housing i also called the manager. Nobody giving me any answer about my apartment now they want me to pay 191 rent for this month i havent in the apartment since august 28 why are you charging me for apartment. If yall didnt place me. Mind you i have two kids at the time of the fire i wasnt home. I was outside waiting for my sister to take me to mcdonald she was responsible of watchin a 7 year old. Rigjt im homeless with my kids
