The Atlantic Coast Pipeline could destroy an organic farm - Help stop Dominion Energy

Dancing Star Farm is a small organic farm located in Augusta County, and has hundreds of customers. Dominion Energy has applied for a two year Special Use Permit to use 30 acres of land, on three sides of Dancing Star Farm, for its fabrication and staging facility for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline.

URGENT: Tell Agusta County to deny this permit and save Dancing Star Farm. They will address the permit on Feb. 1.

Beginning March, 2018, 400 workers will be showing up every day to perform this work. At January 4th Zoning Board meeting, over 200 county residents showed up in opposition to this request but the board simply decided to table the decision until its February 1st meeting.

Even though it was very clear to Augusta County residents that this permit would essentially force Ryan Blosser and his family off their land and destroy the farm business, the Board of Zoning Appeals was not willing to say no to Dominion's poorly-thought-out application. We want the Special Use permit to be denied.
