Make recycling OBLIGATORY BY LAW in the European Union!

Only a small amount of some types of waste is being recycled! People do not even have this issue concerning our planet Earth in their minds! Nor they have the necessary established system, tools and settings for recycling to happen! Some of the European countries don't even have placed recycling bins on the streets, or even if they do, people don't recycle and use these bins for all sorts of waste. There are no charges for this behaviour either.

The Planet cannot wait for people's conscience and mentality to change! A Change is needed now! There is no time to waste! The RIGHT time is NOW for an action and a real positive change!

Ask the European Union to make recycling OBLIGATORY by law! We need a serious law for all European countries!
