On March 13, 2014, my fourteen year old son went to school with an E-cigarette he had purchased from the new store that opened called Arch City Vapors. The school firmly disciplined this action, as Parkway School District would like to prevent anything that simulates smoking. Arch City Vapors is a new store that opened in the Four Seasons Shopping Plaza in Chesterfield, Missouri is on the walking route home for students going to and from Parkway Central and Parkway Central Middle School. Arch City Vapors sells electric cigarettes to minors and these kids have choices there to fill their E-cig with different flavors. A direct quote from one of the store workers says, "We can legally sell to three year olds if we want!" We do NOT want this E-cig store in our community. With the number of businesses shutting down in Four Seasons, we do not want them replaced with stores like this one. Help me save our community by maintaining an expectation that will be reflected in our children and in those who purchase homes in this neighborhood. Please sign my petition to help either close down Arch City Vapors or demand an eighteen and older buying age.
