Stop Maronda Homes Victoria Ridge Development!

Join us, fellow Moon Twp residents, in opposition to the proposed Maronda Homes “Victoria Ridge” development located at the corner of Flaugherty Run Rd and Spring Run Rd.

Show your support by signing our petition to show opposition to the development.

To date, Maronda Foundation has owned the land and has been operating it tax free under the “Church Use” tax break provision, without benefit to the community as required per tax code. They have used their weight and presence to receive a number of variances to the rules that were put in place for good reason, and those that all of you as residents have to abide by. They are also going to greatly impact the landscape using building techniques that make the most financial sense to them, not the existing residents that own adjacent property and call home for many years.
