Demand Regulations on Dangerous Chemicals!

Many Americans are at risk from coal and gas pollution. These polluting industries clog the air with sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides that create heart and lung health issues for many people. The United States Environmental Protection Agency is specifically charged with putting regulations and limits on the emission of dangerous chemicals like this. Unfortunately the EPA is dragging its feet on updating regulations pertaining to sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides. Children are particularly at risk when they inhale these chemicals.

Please join me in asking the Environmental Protection Agency to accelerate the timeline for action and new regulations concerning these oxides.

Dear Environmental Protection Agency:

It is distressing to learn that so little has been done to regulate sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides. These chemicals are clearly linked to health issues, especially in children. You have a duty to protect the health of Americans from pollutants in our air. Please accelerate the timeline for action and new regulations concerning these oxides.
