Demand a New Soccer Coach for Improvement of the Varsity Soccer Team

The varsity soccer team demands a new soccer coach because the current coach is not effective. He does not help with drills, skills, and he does not prepare us for the games properly. We believe that we are entitled to a skilled coach who will guide us to improvement throughout the year rather than showing us movies in lieu of practice.

Our coach made us run before a game, to the extent that we were throwing up and too exhausted to play properly. Someone well versed in the sport would not have allowed that to happen. After a game, we were also required to run which caused exhaustion at our age. We cannot be expected to work out all day, play a good game for the legacy of the school, and then practice again with no energy.

With a new soccer coach we should be able to improve, prepare for games better, refine our skills, and feel like there is a leader in front of us rather than someone who takes orders from other coaches. If there are other soccer coaches that are the backbone to the varsity team, let them lead instead.
