Tell Governor Christie: New Jersey Must Have a Climate Change Contingency Plan!

Climate change is expected to batter much of the northeast United States in the coming years, causing coastal damage, floods and droughts. While many northeastern states have a contingency plan for these scenarios which become increasingly likely to happen every day, New Jersey does not have any.

Taking a look at Hurricane Sandy, we can see howbadly New Jersey is to be damaged by climate change in the future. Yet the state legislature and governor continue to do nothing about it, endangering millions of lives, born and unborn. 

We the undersigned demand that New Jersey begin production of a climate change contingency plan to save and protet millions of New Jerseyans.
