In Mrs. May's "Fair Britain"...

Nowadays, from their very first day at university, our children face a future weighed down by tuition fees and maintenance loans debt.
Politicians tell them “it is only fair”, as their choosing a university education will allegedly provide them with higher salaries than those of other taxpayers.
But in Scotland (and throughout much of Europe) higher education remains free, or certainly much cheaper…
Ministers and backbench MPs, including Scottish ones, who voted to impose this burden on our children have indeed done very well for themselves out of their own free university education. Therefore, in keeping with their telling us constantly that their policies are rooted in fairness, let all serving and retired members of both Houses of Parliament having demonstrably benefited from their free education now voluntarily and publicly reimburse it to the nation, with interest… just as our children will !
After all, “It is the right thing to do”, as “We’re all in this together”… remember?!
