Remove the €72 annual refuse service charge sought by Higgins Waste Tralee.

Higgins Waste Tralee plan to introduce pay be weight refuse collection under an EU directive. In fact this need not apply until 2016. Say no to pay by weight.  The annual service charge of €72 is unjustifiable and will result in over 188 per cent increases.  Say no to minimum of €30 euro to be maintained in your Higgins Waste Account. Sign the petition to maintain the current service and charges.
