With regard to the July 25, 260 kilogramme interception of ivory at Jomo Kenyatta AIrport, we respectfully urge Kenyan authorities to take all necessary steps to ensure  that responsible wilidlife traffickers are apprehended AND prosecuted to the fullest extent of the "Wildlife Conservation and Management Act, 2013".  This includes the Chinese national who owned the cargo, the clearing and forwarding agent who presented and delivered fake documents and any other parties found to be involved as criminal investigations move forward.  Kenya's reputation is at stake. The world is looking on and expects strong action that represents a true desire to curtail international wildlife crime.
