Metro Nashville Public Schools is broke

Starting in the school year of 2018-19, metro is suspending the free lunch program. It will only be available to kids who fill out a waver saying that their family Struggling financially and they can't afford to buy their own meals. This new program will exclude kids who's parents aren't broke but refuse to buy them lunch, and kids who can afford lunch but only barely. The schools asked for 45 million to help with the lunches and other such things, but received 5 million from the district. Please, help save the kids of Nashville that need to eat.
