Tell Canadian Government to Lower Grizzly Bear Hunting Quotas

The Grizzly Bear population in British Columbia is decreasing. However, despite this fact, the Canadian government has increased the hunting quota and opened areas previously closed to Grizzly Bear hunters.

Scientists are concerned about the decreasing population of Grizzly Bears, and worry that hunting quotas and regulations are not based on current science.  In fact, scientists say these quotas are based on bear population estimates that are 10 years old.  The Government should examine the current data and take measures to protect Grizzly bears, such as lowering quotas and placing the species on the endangered list if necessary.

Tell the Canadian government to lower grizzly bear hunting quotas to protect this animal.
