Unrightful Termination

    We deserve a workplace free from hostility, harrassment, and retaliation! Several employees have repeatedly reported to the union and upper management alligations against the clinic manager and the company has failed to act on it. Employees are faced with escalated harrassment as well as retaliationin the form of termination, increased workload, stress, panick attacks which lands the employee in the ER. It is the employers responsability to ensure that all employees can work in a safe environment free from hostility, and retaliation in order to succeed to thier highest potintial. We recently lost our new nurse manager who had only been here a short time, she was a valuable employee and had done so much for us and the company in the short time she had been here. All employees at this facility feel the same way and are all ready to leave. We are loosing ket employees and this needs to stop.
