Demand the Geneva BOE Accept the GEA's Proposal, Now!

Take the deal. As a resident of Geneva Community Unit School District 304, I am demanding the Board of Education accept the latest offer from the Geneva Education Association. In a negotiation, everyone should get something they want. The BOE gets its EXACT model for the first two years. The GEA gets the Traditional Step and Lane Salary Schedule that it wants in the last two years. We get students and teachers back in the classroom. Take the deal.
