Changing The Start Time of High School

    According to sleep, experts highschool students should be sleeping 8 to 10 hrs a day but according to studies done by the national sleep foundation, only 15% of teens meet that required amount. Starting school an hour later would allow kids to get the required amount of sleep needed to stay healthy both mentally and physically.
