Don't Eliminate Wind Energy Programs and Goals, Texas

Although wind energy has taken off in an unexpected way in Texas, the Texas Senate has recently passed Senate Bill 931, which would effectively eliminate everything that was helping renewable energy to grow in the state.

With climate change looming, now is not the time to abandon a program that is successfully promoting clean energy. We urge Texas state representatives to reject the bill and leave existing wind programs in place.
