Starting from fear of job security to pitfalls in the protection of teachers in job environment, from injustice salary system to incomplete educational framework, from inequality in-terms rules to injustice in-terms of Human rights, teachers are oppressed, compressed, demotivated and deprived to a level in the society that no one wants to see.
