Set Up A Recycling And Composting Program For Public School Lunches K-12

Money should go to each school to instate a recycling and composting program for childrens lunches, Grades K-12. I am amazed and disturbed by the amount of food and recyclables that get thrown away each day at public schools, K-12. Styrofoam trays are now used instead of the old durable reusable trays and pitched in the trash. This is a huge problem. None of it is recycled. 75% of the food is wasted too. It makes me sad. I feel this is a huge issue and should be addressed.
