Ask Congress and NASA: Allocate funding for space probes to Uranus and Neptune

Voyager 2 made history by being the first and so far only space probe to visit the planets Uranus and Neptune in 1986 and 1989 respectively. Since the primary focus for NASA has been for the inner solar system with no further plans to Uranium and Neptunium systems. Congress should allocate funding to follow up on the significant discoveries made by the Voyager 2 and give more insight and understanding on these worlds - even if they take longer to arrive at their destination.
