Graduation At Shelton High School

On March 2, 2018, Shelton High School, in Shelton Connecticut, decided that graduation would be moved from the on campus football stadium, Finn Stadium, to a different field in a different town. This field, Nolan Field, in Ansonia, Connecticut is two towns away and has no significance to Shelton High School. The reason for the change in venue is because of a desired renovation of the turf football field in Finn Stadium. The most recent renovation of the field was in 2015, with a 50 yard line replacement logo, and before that in 2014. Graduation has been held on Shelton High School campus since the schools opening in 1974. Help the students carry on the tradition of graduating on the same campus where they have studied for the past four years of their life.
