Car crashes in the area of Jensen need to be Ending!

My brother and his girlfriend was bringing my kids and belongings to me at my new place in Jersey. On the way they were hit by a car that not only left them out of work it also left her in the hospital. She is home safe now but what about her and my family mental state. We have lost wages and I lost my new job to return and help out. This could have been prevented if this area was not so confusing. On Jensen street I see people speeding all the time and the lanes can be confusing. My family was traumatized by a speeding car and this issue is ongoing in this area and I want something done about it.
