Increase State funding for Music Programs

Music is essential in developing the skills needed in life. It has been proven by numerous studies that learning a music instrument helps in enhancing a student's social and academic skills.

Unfortunately, music programs are not given enough funding for these benefits to become available to all students. Most music classes lack the necessary exposure for a student to actually learn how to play a music instrument.

We the help of this petition, we aim to put pressure on the government in increasing the allotted budget for the state music programs. With your support we hope to make this possible.
