Support to CLOSE MT. TALINIS

Mt. Talinis, Negros Oriental, Philippines is a watershed for the towns of Negros Oriental province, a diversified fauna and flora, home to the Philippne Spotted deer..and more wildlife, is being threatened ever since, it is also a source for a geothermal plant, as it is a dormant volcano, various hiking activity also threats its ecology, just recently, an asian trail master, trail marathon with 333 participants pounds its trail and disturbs its natural state. We just see the need to CLOSE it for 5 years or more so it can restore its vegetation, but the local government unit of its host town Valencia, has little effort to protect their own natural resource.
