Demand an end to wasting money on needless projects at The Spinney, Rooksdown

Basingstoke Borough Council have submitted a planning application to construct a stone path within the woodland through The Spinney including works to trees, installation of waymarkers, furniture and bollards with associated planting. As a fellow dog walker through these woods i see no need for the council to spend the stupid amounts of money they plan to do this project. The path they constructed before is an eyesore and simply does not fit in with the natural wooded area, it has attracted idiots on motorcycles racing up and down it so to simply extend it would be a joke and a complete waste of money. Lets rally support to stop the council from destroying our local area and spending our tax payers money on needless projects
