Ban cycling on Corstorphine Hill-Save the Local Nature Reserve!

The nature reserve is being destroyed by cycling and the council are encouraging more cycling, have failed to put up adequate signs and are ignoring the 200 or so mountain bikers that boast about their antics on Facebook.

A mountain pass was rejected for mountain biking but they do it any way. They make their own paths, create jumps and obstacle courses and take up tools to do so. They are putting other hill users in danger as well as threatening local animal habitats.

The council turn a blind eye so they can promote more irresponsible cycling through the reserve.

Cycling in general is erroding the paths and some cyclists are happy to reckless endanger anyone that gets in their way. This is social abuse.
