Lunch in the learning commons

Lunch has been removed from the learning commons. This is concerning because it takes away a quiet place to study and talk with friends. A solution for the learning commons to stay clean would be to add bigger and easy to find trash cans. Also to add incentives to keep the learning commons clean. Like if it gets too messy you can not allow us to eat lunch in the learning commons for a day. But taking the opportunity to eat lunch in the learning commons completely under such short notice is uncalled for.
